A five day/four night yoga retreat with Marni and Dhyana. We will explore the sacred teachings of the Yoga Sutras using both the Kundalini and Jivamukti Yoga methods. We will practice meditation, chanting, posture, and breath. We will have discussions on the yogic lifestyle and diet. You will deepen your practice and your understanding of your own self. You will also have time for relaxation, hiking in the redwoods, contemplation, and sitting in the hot tub.

Come celebrate the beginning of summer with this uplifitng and
balancing class of breathwork, vigorous asana pracitice, group discussion,
and deep realxation. We will discuss sutras from The Hatha Yoga
Pradipika to guide us on this path. You may choose to eat lightly both
on the day beofre and the day of this cleanse. Please also drink plenty of water prior to 2pm on Sunday.

Most of the time we are stuck living in the past or the future because of undigested past experiences. Any undigested food or experience becomes toxic when it stays in the body for too long. This creates all kinds of unnecessary pain and suffering. In this vigorous yoga pratice we will use posture, breath, self-inquiry, philosophical discussion, and meditation to let go of toxins in the body and the mind. This will leave us with more space for happiness and joy.
